INDIVIDUAL CARE
TO COLLECTIVE SUPPORT
It all started with a 9th grade essay (see photo), with its spelling mistakes: "I like to participate in people's lives, by talking, by trying to make them communicate with the outside world because, in my humble opinion, they are too withdrawn into themselves.".
At the time, I was far from imagining that this adolescent intuition would become my professional compass:
Take care of the link.
On the benches of the Besançon University Hospital, as a mental health nurse, I understood something fundamental: connection is the very essence of health, and illness often thrives on a damaged connection. I observed this as much in my patients as in the compartmentalized teams and fragmented organizations I supported.
Since then, a conviction has grown: The loss of connection, the lack of connection, is costly for organizations. Personally, at a time when everyone is demanding the right to disconnect, I, on the contrary, demand the right to connect, the real way.
Taking care of the bond means taking care of collective performance.
So, 4 months after ChatGPT was released, I was already creating a Nonviolent Communication AI assistant (see photo below) to allow my coaches to reconnect with themselves with AI in tense situations.

My Job: Strengthening the link and dialogue in organizationsby putting artificial intelligence at the service of link intelligence.
PS : Wouldn't the current loss of meaning ultimately be linked to a loss of connection? The question may not be "Why do we do things?", but "For whom?"
