"When I reread this middle school essay (see photo on the right) where I talked about my aspiration to be a psychologist, I realize that everything was already there (my spelling mistakes too!): 'I enjoy participating in people's lives, trying to make them communicate with the outside world because, in my humble opinion, they are too curled up within themselves.'

A PATH GUIDED BY CARE:

Ultimately, my experience in 'CARE - Taking Care' as a state-certified nurse and nursing manager in medical psychology led me to understand two things about emotional health and the resilience of individuals and teams:

1- They greatly depend on 3 relationships: the one each person has with themselves, the one they have with others, and the one they have with life.

2- Focusing on what is dysfunctional is not enough. Strengthening what is going well and wants to grow within us is at least as important for success. Hence my positive and generative approach.

17 YEARS OF PROMOTING CHANGE & RESILIENCE:

In short, for 17 years, what has motivated me is helping leaders, managers, and their teams to be mentally and emotionally more flexible and resilient, both individually and collectively. In short, 'less curled up.'

A RICH AND DIVERSE CAREER:

Clinical Expertise : Nurse and nursing manager in medical psychology at the University Hospital of Besançon.

Academic Contribution : Lecturer in the University Diploma of Positive Psychology at the University of Grenoble for 5 years, enriched by my publications such as 'I've Decided to Be Happy at Work.'
   

Facilitator and Coach : Certified in generative approach, with expertise in mediation and prevention of psychosocial risks.

An Approach enriched by Martial Arts : 20 years of practice, combining tradition and neuroscience.

I adhere to the code of ethics of the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) and am a member of the ANDRH of Franche-Comté. I am supervised by Marie-Paule Pivard.

- ENVIRONMENT: I favor telecommuting and use public transport and trains for my travels, except when constrained. I limit the printing of documents and prefer their digitalization. Selective sorting is in place. As much as possible, I opt for eco-responsible purchases and choose eco-responsible venues for my seminars.

- CLIENTS: I encourage co-creation of my interventions with my clients and maintain transparency with them regarding my practices and pricing.

- GOVERNANCE: I have forged strong ties with trusted partners and use a collaborative and decentralized approach with them to construct even more relevant interventions. Like them, I am committed to the continuous development of my skills. I prioritize the quality of my interventions and the quality of relationships with my clients at the heart of my priorities.

- My research on quality of life and the quality of relationships has materialized into 7 books (over 10,000 copies sold), some of which have been translated into English and Spanish.

- 8500 participants in my training courses over 17 years, 180 executives or managers (3200 hours) coached in France, Algeria, Morocco, the United States, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.

- Co-creator and facilitator of the first Francophone MOOC on Collective Intelligence (over 2500 registrants worldwide).

- Co-author of the first French book on Mastermind Groups, I created the Mastermind Business Academy (MBA) to professionalize the new profession of Mastermind group facilitator. And I am keen on bringing the practice of learning communities and co-development into organizations.

- Member of the SFM Leadership Team of Robert Dilts, an international developer of NLP, for 8 years. We co-wrote the book 'Generative Consulting' together, and co-led trainings in France, the United States, and the Netherlands.
